Fokli Group develops its initiatives in the following ways:

corporate social responsibility

Economic responsibility – education of employees and young technicians is promoted by organizing on-going training and qualification courses. The Company has an apprenticeship programme where students can learn in order to gain professional experience. Means of economic responsibility ensure one of the most important aspects of the Company’s activity strategy – the highest qualification for its employees.

Environment responsibility – the Company takes part in initiatives on environmental management and also promotes initiatives, related to the rational use of energy resources, sorting and recycling waste, etc. Labour and health safety requirements are in force in the workplace.

Social responsibility – taking care of employees, their families, communities and society. We prepare annual events together; the Company also supports those in the communities. It provides leisure opportunities for its employees and as well as opportunities for self-expression: we support employee initiatives to form clubs, and to establish professional unions. The company is involved in projects for socially vulnerable community members (for example, children from orphanage). Implementation of ethical responsibility helps the Company to get closer to its personnel and surrounding communities.
