Responsibility:
As the Quality Manager, you will be reporting to the Quality Director and leading a team of 2-3 persons. You will be responsible for:

Provides leadership for quality assurance systems 

Directs the activities of the QA/QC by performing the following duties personally

Participates in product development teams to determine deliverable requirements and perform phase reviews to assure Deigns History File completeness

Provide training to employees on ISO 9000 quality system requirements

Perform supplier quality audits

Manage and maintain documentation control

Provide Six Sigma and QE Support for the suppliers

Maintains ISO 9000 compliance Company wide

Provides Supplier Quality Assurance support

Provides qualification and validation support

Resolve customer complaint

Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years in manager position，B.A. or B.S. Degree Required.

2. Must have a demonstrated ability to establish a QA system based on standardized ISO Procedures and/or Six Sigma. 

3. Good knowledge of QA Systems.

4. Experience with process engineering in a manufacturing environment.

5. Problem solving, analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills. 

6. Good English level, written and spoken. Fluency in Mandarin.

7. Able to travel on short notice within China.

8. Candidate with education in the oversea would be an advantages.

9. Willingness to station in Ningbo.
