Responsibility:
1. The formation and management of project team
2. Involved in all improvement actions in production.
3. Projects to improve flow and output.
4. Investigate and test new technology.
5. Reduce the energy consumption and environment pollution as much as possible.
6. Take part in customer projects in order to secure cost effective designs and low manufacturing costs
7. Build and maintain production routings and standards
8. Guide and train staff in production.
9. Increase staff's skills and efficiency.
10. Support the group members in other tasks.

Requirement:
1. A science and engineering background, fluency in spoken English;Auto parts industry in more than three years.
2. project experience;
3. good leadership, communication skills, organization and coordination ability.
